Saxon treat
The Saxon cuisine is well-known for its excellent wines and hearty food. The Radisson Blu Park Hotel & Conference Centre, Dresden Radebeul avails itself of the fruitful surroundings of the Loessnitz vineyards and serves its guests mineral Riesling, sparkling Mueller-Thurgau and cool Pinot Gris from the region. The hotel's two restaurants offer a wide selection of regional and international specialities.
Loessnitz Restaurant
The traditional and elegant Loessnitz Restaurant serves you delicious regional specialities and high-quality international cuisine. Saxon "Sauerbraten", marinated pot roast, the famous "Wickelkloesse", filled potato dumplings coated in breadcrumbs, and irresistible "Quarkkeulchen", small curd and raisin pancakes, for example, are on the regional menu. You can enjoy an exquisite selection of wine and fresh cocktails on the outdoor terrace in the adjoining garden of our park hotel. On Sundays we are pleased to pamper you with our brunch buffet from 12 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Breakfast
Every morning, the Radisson Blu Super Breakfast Buffet offers a refreshing selection of breakfast specialities from Scandinavia, Continental Europe and North America.

Grab & run breakfast
For early birds and quick starters, we serve fresh tea and coffee, fresh fruit and energy bars every day in the lobby.
Family Blu Lunch

Nizza Restaurant
"The Nice of Saxony" – Radebeul is awarded this complimentary name due to its charming surroundings. We have picked up on this theme in our Nizza Restaurant and present you modern Mediterranean cuisine and the light life. The open atmosphere and the lively bistro character are ideal for simple gourmets. Tarte flambée, quiche and seasonal salads, for example, are on our ever-changing menu. Our speciality are the Mediterranean buffets, which we offer every Friday and Saturday from 6.30 p.m. in the peak season. We look forward to your visit at our Nizza Restaurant!

Karl May Bar
Karl May wrote his well-known classics just a stone's throw away from the hotel in the Villa Shatterhand. The Karl May Bar is an ideal place to tell your stories and listen to those of others. Business partners and friends enjoy the personal atmosphere with a drink from our well-stocked hotel bar serving international spirits and cocktails.

Baroque garden
Our wonderful Baroque garden is a particularly good place to relax. Catch some sun while enjoying a cup of coffee and a piece of Saxon egg custard. Enjoy the tranquillity of nature and our friendly service in the midst of the attractive park.
